Our full-service program includes a dedicated Ice cream freezer, a standalone bakery display (2 sizes) and an impulse product display (3 sizes) for candys and other items.

5 Steps to Your Success

  1. Offer Effective Merchandising Units
    We pick the correct Merchandiser for your stores and your sales. Bakery items and impulse product must be displayed correctly on one of our many units available. The correct freezer equipment is also chosen. That might be a single door upright, maybe 2 singles, or one of the 3 bunker style units we stock. The perfect set is so important, and it could be everything placed in the right spot if you think your sales will warrant it.
  2. Measure Everything
    We watch the Sales on every item for maximum velocity. “if it slows, it goes!” We use training and expertise of the market along side AI cameras to get everything possible out of your location. Our salespeople are electronically tracked as well as our drivers. This insures you get their talents in the store for the correct time needed to keep your profits as high as possible.
  3. Clean Merchandising Units
    We defrost and clean freezers often and replace cardboard merchandiser as soon as needed. Fresh clean selling space in the motto.
  4. Merchandise Makes The Difference
    We pack out all the product we bring in. Items come out of their boxes and are set in the correct spots with labels out to maximize sales. We are trained in peoples buying habits and understand where to place items to increase your sales and profits. No other company touches product as much as we do. Our order writer faces product, then our driver delivers and stocks all products. Our regional representative then comes in to face product again! We keep product looking full and fresh, so you don’t have to.
  5. Creating Your Orders
    We take the guessing out of the equation. It’s always top selling items and high profit items. The correct number of units ordered that will fit and sell quickly before next order.

We send a pre-sales representative

  • Sales representatives are trained to introduce themselves to the account.
  • Electronic auditing insures you can not be skipped from service.

We clean your freezer:

  • We remove ice build up.
  • Then clean the glass.

We contact merchandising:

  • We replenish your freezer with any product from the storage area below the baskets in the freezer,
  • Check for damaged product,
  • Then replenish missing point-of-sales materials.

We write orders:

  • We write orders according to sales history.
  • Then review orders with the location and get a signature from the Manager or person designate by location.
